Key Contributions

  • This person manage (in coordination with HR and Training Vendors) the implementation and effectiveness of the Training Platform
  • Monitor and control agents performances across the training program, movement of agents to upper levels
  • Manage the Training point incentive system
  • Manage (in coordination with Finance) commission payment and manage/control the incentive/points system
  • Manage and control the incentive/points system
  • Monitor and control agents performances across the sales results, movement of agents to upper levels, manage the overall incentive point system (including sales, training, customer rating)
  • Manage (in coordination with multichannel contact center) the service support and issues resolution to agents

Skills

  • Strong technology, design or management background
  • Some knowledge of insurance sector
  • Advanced IT Proficiency
  • Broad financial understanding
  • Broad knowledge of sales management
  • Broad knowledge of ART products and services
  • Broad understanding of all relevant SAMA regulations
  • Broad knowledge of ART Partners and Agents’ outsourcing policies, procedures and guidelines
