Key Result Areas

Recommend appropriate property for new business

Negotiation with the landlord for the best rent rate

Review of contract documents and update legal department for further vetting

Monitor MIS of all ATMs, MB Branches / Offices and all MB Subsidiries and report to higher Management

Insure to provide approvals the renewals ATM, MB Branches and Subsidiries before 4 months

of due date. From landlords and Business

Renewal correspondence with Landlord, negotiate rental rate

Communication and all related approval correspondence with Central Bank for Branches/ATMs

New and Relocation Branches/EBSU/Offices as per Business requirement

All correspondence for approvals of new / vacating I relocation I maintenance required from Landlords/Police and Government Sectors

Site visits and meeting with Agents, Landlord for relocation of Branches

Complete process of leasing the premises, obtain all approval and no objection from Landlord

Obtain Central Bank permission and licenses

Propose and obtain Business approval for the location and financial transactions

Legal opinion, Business, Engineering, landlord communications and correspondence,

Provide Business approval for Legal comments when landlord reject of any changes in Tenancy on track

Central Bank inspection for new and relocation of Branches/EBSU to issue license

Manage the process to maintain and update Central Bank Licenses in Master File

Renewal of Tenancy Contracts of The Branches/EBSU/Offices

Monitor the MIS and ensure renewal reminders to Landlords 4 months before expiry date, negotiate with Landlord’s for rent reduction

Obtain Business approval for the location and financial transactions

Legal opinion for tenancy contracts if there are necessary changes

Renewal of ATMs and back of ATM resource

Obtain Central Bank permission for new ATMs

Monitor and update ATMs send renewal reminder 4 months before expiry date lo concerned Depts. For transactions r approval.

Correspondence Permission from Government Sectors in UAE

Closing of Branches/Offices/EBSU/ATMs

Obtain Business approval, Landlord approval and Central Bank approval for closing of the Branches

Obtain Central Bank approval for closing of the Branches /Offices/EBSU when required

Co-ordinate with all landlords for any premises related issues/no objection/maintenance/approvals and disconnection of Elect and Water and clearance of the premises


Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Excellent Computer skills., High School Diploma, worked in Banking Sector

Very good knowledge of Arabic/English Spoken and written language

Previous experience 4-5 years in working in same area
Able to work unsupervised under on initiative – possess judgment in when to escalate issues to management
Current Market RE Estate and property Management awareness and knowledge
