Job Purpose:
  • To acquire, grow and deepen WM Banking relationships through effective relationship management, increased wallet share & budgeted volumes while meeting customers’ financial and investment needs. Ensure adherence to Banks policies, ethics and code of conduct
  • Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets in all WM products
  • Build and deepen relationships with existing WM customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues
  • Ensure proper documentation is done across products and timely draw-down
  • Offer products that suit the customers risk profile and appetite
  • Be fully abreast with the market competition to be able to provide information to the customer on products without any bias
  • Ensure that the business is booked as per laid down procedures and guidelines and due diligence is carried out with respect to money laundering and other regulatory requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in banking, WM and relationship management or customer service preferably in a similar mass affluent /HNI relationship management job
  • Strong commitment for sales success with goal oriented attitude
  • Strong relationship building and relationship management skills
  • Team player
  • Critical thinking
