Offer full range of services to Gold & Diamond customers and cross sell ADIB consumer banking products, Investments. Support Relationship Mangers and handle services in their absence.
Key Accountabilities of the role
– Prospect new business opportunities within the main role of servicing customers.
– Support Relationship Managers.
– Proactively upsell / cross-sell products and services to customers
– Inform designated customers about their eligibility for special offers / complimentary gifts based on their transactions & invested assets
– Proactively request customers to refer others
– Community Involvement – must be a socially active opinion leader

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:
· Bilingual (Arabic & English)
· Working knowledge of investment products & banking operations (further training & certification to be provided)
· Strong communication skills & customer orientation
· Ability to interact with high-end, affluent customers of all nationalities
· High Personal Integrity
· Ability to perform basic mathematical computation
· Referral Specialist
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Words & Excel
Customer Facing (e.g. Front Office) Experience in Banks or Financial Brokerage Companies (in an advisory role).
