Key Result Areas
Responsible for Planning and Implementation of projects / changes across the range of modules within BSI Area
Will closely work with the business PM and other technology work-streams and will be responsible for creating and tracking the detailed tech project plan for the re-platforming initiative
Will closely with suppliers and technical resources on the integration and migration plans
Manage / Lead offshore resources on interfaces, migration related activities
Work closely with vendors to ensure solutions are technically compliant
Engage in Functional and technical solution discussions, build/integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of end-to-end solutions which meet business needs
Ability to lead large project implementations – Think through detailed implementation plan and cut-over activities
Engage and partner with the business to understand requirements, ensure alignment to the strategy, principles and reference architecture, and assist in shaping the solution to achieve this
Ability to do the delivery in agile manner
Governance of all projects assigned.
Deliver to time, cost and quality within agreed tolerances.
Establish and update plans with actuals and forecasts, Manage deviations from plan, Report to respective stakeholders, and Escalate decisions & unresolved issues to the management.
Facilitate communication as appropriate to all involved and “manage” the stakeholders.
Establish appropriate Key Success Indicators and manage trade-offs between scope, quality, time and cost
Ensure satisfactory transfer of “Care, custody and control” of product upon completion
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
10- 15 years of experience with End-to-End Implementation and various support projects of Corporate Banking platforms
Good knowledge of new age solution delivery – Digitization, Block Chain, BPM, Mobility, Customer channels etc
Exposure to BPM solutions
Demand management experience
Cross border team management experience.
