We are looking for a Marketing Director to be in charge of leading Bayt.com’s marketing efforts. The Marketing Director is responsible for evaluating and developing marketing strategies & partnerships, building awareness and positioning for our company’s brands, and working closely with our sales department to generate demand. Responsibilities:
Overseeing marketing department
Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan
Building brand awareness and positioning
Communicating the marketing plan to internal stakeholders
Competitor research
Monitoring channel performance & coordinating tasks
Representing our priorities, making sure that our Marketing is delivered in a way that is consistent with our values & our priorities
Setting & leading the delivery of our cross-channel creative strategy
Working with the sales department to generate demand and increase market share while balancing customer satisfaction
Developing advertising & branding campaigns
Creating and developing sales support material
Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish
Organizing company events, trade shows, and conferences
Overseeing social media marketing strategy, PR strategy, email marketing strategy, and content marketing
Working closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Consistently auditing both job seeker and employer experiences to bring delight
Devising strategies to create partnerships with relevant organizations and public associations

Required Skills
10+ years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years of management experience (managing a team)
You can have excellent Arabic and excellent English
You have high standards for quality of delivery from yourself and from others, with demonstrable examples of success in your career
You have excellent interpersonal skills, and you are able to clearly communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences
You have great time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks according to their impact
You have experience with coaching and guiding teams to succeed
You are highly numerate, with excellent spreadsheet skills
You are willing to learn whatever it takes to get the job done
You have a deep, data-driven understanding of consumers, including their likes and dislikes as well as their needs and expectations at every stage of the customer journey
You are highly visual and have relevant experience with critiquing advertising campaigns, branding campaigns, and website designs
You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Desirable Skills
5+ years of experience in the web industry
Creative background: Prior experience in design, copywriting, architecture, or email marketing
Knowledge of: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Oracle Eloqua, Hadoop, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in ecommerce
Work experience in more than two Arab countries
