SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
4+ years legal experience in a leading law firm or financial institution
Strong structured finance experience with good knowledge of structuring and execution of asset backed transactions across a range of asset classes, together with the related regulatory background.
Some experience of working with sophisticated derivatives
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal,
Ability to explain complex legal concepts in accessible way
In-house experience (permanent or through secondment)
Able to respond and be flexible to client demands whilst adhering to firm policies and group practices
