The purpose of this job is to perform and consolidate specialized skills and knowledge in related human resources services field including payroll administration, social security, and employee services. Jobs at this level are also responsible for the provision of human resources services in accordance with HR policies and procedures and providing internal stakeholders with the needed advice.


  • Follow the day-to-day activities related to own jobs to ensure continuity of work
  • Carry out all relevant advanced paperwork and administrative processes related to payroll and benefits administration in an accurate and timely manner
  • Collect data related to lateness and absenteeism, calculate deduction amounts and transfer to Human Resources Senior Administrator for consolidation
  • Analyze payroll data to include wages, overtime and applicable deductions and submit reports accordingly to senior level for decision-making purposes
  • Perform basic social security-related services pertaining to the enrollment of new hires, an update of data based on employee profile, settlement of payments and support of employees inquires
  • Follow-up on social security related transactions on a daily basis and ensure update/rectification of employees’ information on the system
  • Identify requirements for documentation related to the activation/renewal of the contract for all employees’ categories in coordination with related authorities and ensure implementation
  • Ensure employees vacation and leaves are incorporated in the system for tracking purposes
  • Periodically update human resources database, employee’s information and profile such as personal information, reporting status, promotions, transfers, and contact details


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any relevant field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Fluent English and Arabic speaker
