The position is responsible for Effective Fraud Risk Monitoring & Management, and handling of related matters such as Detection and Prevention. The position is also responsible for risk transfer by proposing the procurement of suitable Takaful products and coordinating the related activities. [ads1]
• Ensure overall Fraud Risk Management covering; • Fraud Risk Monitoring including Online Banking. • Fraud Preventive measures both for Internal as well as external fraud threats • Identify and Implement Fraud Monitoring Tools and Equipment (EFRMS) • Engage other stakeholders for effective handling of fraud related activities including legal, business, compliance and FCG&MC • Fraud Awareness Trainings for New Joiners and Branch Staffs • Timely handling of Fraud Alerts/Incidents from different channels and wherever required forward to IA for further investigation. • Liaise with Information security for possible changes for enhancement of Information Security Alerts for Online Banking • Regulatory reporting of Fraud Cases (in coordination with Compliance) • Review of investigation reports issued by IA and FRM-RCD teams to identify process gaps • Engage business and other stakeholders for implementation of/Compliance with advices by regulator on Fraud Cases • Suggest/take initiatives for Fraud Losses Prevention • Update management (FCG&MC) on Fraud Risk key figures (MIS), initiatives and Challenges
Qualification & Experience: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is preferred. • Minimum 7-8 years of supervisory or managerial experience within Risk Management, IT and operations.
