Head of Digital Marketing & Acquisition 40 views

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the Digital Marketing agenda and strategy for MENAT to achieve business objectives and drive revenue and engagement through HSBC’s digital channels
  • Manage all internal stakeholders and external agency relationships relevant to the role, ensuring budgets and agency outputs are continuously optimized
  • Work with other Digital teams across the bank to create, commercialize and optimise end-to-end customer journeys through Digital channels
  • Lead the metrics and measurement efforts on the Digital channels across MENAT to ensure measurement of Digital initiatives are performed accurately and consistently optimized in line with business objectives
  • Drive innovation in the Digital Marketing space, building on existing infrastructure and developing new digital assets that align with business and Marketing strategy.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • This role serves as a critical leader to the team, and to the bank’s regional digital agenda and as such must think creatively and practically to lead, develop, and implement new plans or programs for the discipline
  • The role holder must possess an international perspective of HSBC customer groups and be able to effectively work in a matrix environment
  • The role holder will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the marketing mix, strong stakeholder management skills. Champion and embed best practice management across the businesses and region
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organisation skills. Willingness to step in and get things done with flexibility to face unforeseen challenges.
  • Creative problem solver with strong leadership qualities to be motivating and inspiring to others in the team and across the global company; professional demeanour and cool under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and can demonstrate a track record of delivering successful market strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with state of the art knowledge of technologies, processes and practices.
  • Working understanding of banking products/capabilities
  • MENAT experience required
  • Extensive Digital Marketing experience and performance marketing
  • Comprehensive marketing experience
  • Knowledge of digital media costing models, and KPIs associated with performance based advertising
  • Strong affinity towards e-commerce and online trends
  • Experienced in working with agency partners and collaborating with internal teams regionally and across business groups
  • Strong knowledge of ad operations, audience targeting, and campaign set-up across channels
  • Works well with numbers and has strong analytical skills.
