We are actively recruiting for a newly-created Financial Institutions Credit Risk role with a market-leading global fintech company with a large, growing presence in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. The Credit Risk Manager position will be based in the company’s EMEAA HQ in Dubai and will lead and develop the risk division and oversee administration and analyst teams abroad.
Our client is a growing multinational FinTech company with their EMEAA headquarters based in Dubai. They are currently going through an exciting transformation and have seen growth across all divisions globally.
The responsibilities of the Credit Risk Manager – Financial Institutions include but are not limited to:
Preparing detailed credit reports by analyzing both the financial and business profile of the company’s existing portfolio of FI clients, as well as new clients located across EMEAA.
In-depth analysis of client profitability, asset quality, liquidity, capitalisation, debt position etc.
Analyzing the business model, strategy, market position, management, peer comparison etc. of their FI clients and the different markets in which they have partners.Implementation, development, and management of risk controls, processes, policies, and procedures across their global offices.
Candidates that will be seriously considered for this will have the following minimum requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a direct credit risk positionFinancial Institution clients required – candidates with both Corporate and FI portfolios will be considered if FI exposure is at least 50+ of the portfolioOnly candidate currently based in Dubai will be seriously considered due to the urgency of this positionDirect management experience highly preferred
