  • Make necessary transaction entries to the system
  • Collect cheques, deposite in banks, issue receipts to customers, and update the same in the system
  • Pass necessary entries in the e-travel system for all receiving amount
  • Prepare all payable cheques to suppliers
  • Reconciliation of credit card payables and receivables
  • Assist the Senior accountant in bank reconciliation
  • Credit card sale reconciliation on daily basis
  • Check the commissionable amount from each supplier
  • Make regular follow up with suppliers like hotels and airlines in terms of collecting the commissions
  • Check and update all reports related to bank and credit cards
  • Check the bank related transactions of payable accounts and reconciliation
  • Credit card purchase reconciliation on daily basis
  • Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the manager.
